As far me I am in a long waiting game unfortunately but it doesnt bother me one bit , all I have to do is sell the house and the shop so until the right person comes along I wait !! I can sell everything right now but I want to get as much $$$$$$$ as I can without resorting to crazy price drops because its not needed since i still have some patience left in me LOL !!!!
